CAIRO – 8 August 2017 – Real Madrid will face Manchester United at the EUFA Super Cup on Tuesday at 8:45 p.m. in Philip II Arena of Macedonia.

An old classic match between two of the giants of the European continent; the Spanish champion Real Madrid;, the team that won Juventus with a sore 4-1 in the Millennium stadium at Cardiff, Wales, and Manchester United that occupied the sixth place of the Premier League last season but managed to achieve the UEFA Europa League which qualified the team to face the winner of the Champions League Real Madrid.

The teams did not face each other since March 5, 2013 in the Champions League, the United will enter the match with high morale as the team did a good job in the pre-season’s matches after signing new high quality players like the Belgian Rumelo Lukaku and the defensive midfielder Nemanja Matic, while on the other side Madrid did not make new top deals, but the club was linked to have negotiations with the young French talent Kylian Mbappe to join the team in the current transfer market.
