CAIRO-25 November 2021: Liverpool's Egyptian winger, Mohamed Salah, netted a brilliant goal on Wednesday night, leading the Reds to achieve a 2-0 home win over Porto in the UEFA Champions League.

The Egyptian doubled his team's lead in the game after dribbling Porto's defender with a beautiful touch that was followed with a strong shot in the bottom corner to beat the visitors' goalkeeper.

Salah's goal helped him equal the Champions League scoring record of the club's legend, Steven Gerrard, at Anfield with 14 goals. Liverpool's unstoppable winger kept his impressive start to the season after scoring his 17th goal of the season in 17 matches in all competitions.

Salah reached his sixth goal of this season's Champions League campaign and he comes fourth in the top-scorers list, three goals behind Ajax's Sébastien Haller and Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski and one goal behind RB Leipzig's Christopher Nkunku.

The Reds are leading their group with 15 points after five matches and they have already secured their spot in the second round as group leaders.
