CAIRO – 14 September 2020: EgyptAir, the flagship carrier, is operating four exceptional flights to Saudi Arabia to return Egyptian nationals that were stranded amid suspended flights due to the spread of coronavirus pandemic.

 

The exceptional flights are scheduled to head to the cities of Dammam, Jeddah, Riyadh, and Abha, to return Egyptians stranded in those cities; all preventive measures and measures combatting the emerging coronavirus are applied.

 

These flights come among 26 international and domestic flights and air freight operated by EgyptAir throughout the day.

 

EgyptAir is committed to the government's decision to ban entry of travelers of all nationalities without a PCR test showing a negative result 72 hours before the scheduled flight.

 

This decision applies to Egyptians and foreigners coming from all countries abroad, with the exception of children under the age of 6 years old of all nationalities.
