CAIRO – 25 September 2017: Huwa is a jewelry brand that creates unique pieces to style a man’s everyday corporate and casual attire with cultural, elegant and timeless pieces of self expression.

Huwa was launched in early 2017 by Wali, and the word “Huwa” translates to “him” in Arabic.

Wali is Egyptian but was born in Kuwait and raised in Saudi Arabia. He graduated with a degree in Mass Communications from Richmond University, London, England. He then pursued his Master’s in International Marketing and Management at Westminster University. Now the designer lives in Egypt, and has decided to open up his brand in Egypt.

HUWA caters to the discerning, dapper gentleman through select pieces that bring out his inner ‘je ne sais quoi’. His first collection and newest collection is Sandstorm. Sandstrom has around 17 models of cufflinks, lapel pins and tie-clips that are made of sterling silver or gold and platinum plated brass, embellished with precious and semi-precious stones such as emeralds, sapphires, diamonds and pearls. The collection features authentic symbols of Middle Eastern culture like; palm trees, dervishes, arabesque and architecture.
