Well, we’re are quite aware that we shouldn’t be encouraging you to take in a lot of sugar, but somethings are just worth the try, just for once. So the next time you are going to yield to your sugar cravings, here is what you need to try.

Mochi from Momochi
Momochi
If you haven’t tried this Japanese delicacy before, then you definitely should. Round, soft, and chewy, mochis are  Japanese rice cakes made of mochigome, short-grained sticky Japanese rice, pounded and smashed to form this chewy outer layer. The filling is mostly ice cream with different flavors. Momochi is one of the very first to bring this deliciousness to Egypt.

This drink has now kind of evolved including different flavors and ingredients such as blueberry, matcha, mango, hazelnut, and a lot more. You can try a wide array of flavors in addition to the original Boba tea at
Yokozuna.

Taiyaki from Taiyaki
Taiyaki
If you are not familiar with Taiyaki, it’s a fish-shaped Japanese cake close enough to waffles. Traditionally, it’s filled with red bean paste made from sweetened adzuki beans. But the modern Taiyaki now has different fillings such as custard, sweet potato, chocolate, and more. You can try this Japanese dessert at Taiyaki offering different fillings and ice cream toppings.
