These mouth-watering dishes will be available until 23rd December 2021 across all locations in celebration of this Jubilee Anniversary.

Guests will be delighted to find Allibhoy’s famous Huevos Estrallados Con Pimientos de Padron, padrón peppers, crashed egg and chicken chorizo served on house-made sourdough bread back on the special edition breakfast menu. Looking for a way tap-as time this weekend? Michelin Starred chef Theo Randall also returns to the menu with beloved Italian favourites from his best-selling cookbook, My Simple Italian. Randall returns to Jones the Grocer’s breakfast with a Portobello and Porcini Mushroom Frittata, served with creamy fresh ricotta.

Randall’s second dish to start on the celebratory menu is pasta-tively delicious, Tagliatelle Con Melanzani e Pomodoro, with garlic and chilli roasted aubergine, tomato and basil topped with Grana Padano which is sure to leave you licking your lips.

Award-wining chef Peter Gordon says kia ora from New Zealand. Gordon is often described as ‘the godfather of fusion cooking’, intertwining flavours from all corners of the globe, producing dishes that hold flavours and textures, rather than tradition.

Peter Gordon’s Baked Ricotta Salad is back! A medley of delicious baked ricotta, glazed carrots and figs, beetroot amaranth, mesclun and perfectly smoky almond brittle, this dish demonstrates Gordon’s famous textural way of cooking. Also joining the menu is Gordon’s Seared Salmon Salad, with nori sauce, crispy buckwheat, gomasio, avocado, carrot, and watercress.

Author of the praised cookbook Best of British, Baines conjures contemporary twists to  British classics.

You’ll be in truffle if you don’t try Baines’ unique twist on traditional Roast Pumpkin Soup. With roasted pumpkin of course, but also with blue cheese, and truffle, Baines’ adds a luxurious surprise to this iconic dish. Why not complete your meal with a Warm Lamb Salad, crispy panko-crusted lamb, rosemary, spilt peas, pomegranate, and grilled courgette topped with a honey mustard dressing?
