What is the price of our obsession with celebrities and the minute details of their lives?

Naguib has always been known for his young-at-heart and trendy taste in fashion, and this wasn’t the first time he wore something that grabbed a lot of attention. Curious internet users then kept searching to find out more about the sweatshirt with Disney characters. The photo then went viral after several people were able to identify the price of the Gucci x Disney sweatshirt Naguib was wearing, and here is where we should draw at obsessing with public figures’ smallest life details.

The comments on the post were a mix of ridiculous mocking on the price, light jokes, and others who just thought that we should just live and let live. And honestly, think about it, what value does it add knowing how much Naguib or anyone else paid for a sweatshirt?

 

 

The lives of celebrities and public figures are rather too exposed, but then it is one thing wanting to follow their news, and it is a totally different things when curiosity reaches the point of digging to know how much they pay on their clothes.
