‘Ahl el-Fan’ artistic performance to be held in Damanhur Culture Palace Theater on March 4

CAIRO – 4 March 2021: On March 4 at 7 p.m., Al-Buhaira Culture Branch will host the artistic show "Ahl el-Fan” [People of Art] performed by the Arab Opera Troupe of the Al-Anfoushi Culture Palace. The show will be led by Mohammad Mustafa Rajab Ali, at the Damanhour Culture Palace Theater.

"Ahl el-Fan" is a lyrical theatrical show from the memories of the fine art era, presented in 120 minutes. The show is one of the many styles offered by the troupe. In this genre, the band re-introduces songs from Egyptian plays, series and films from the golden Era after being refurbished.

The show aims to preserve, revive, and develop musical theater, restoring Egyptian artistic memories among adults, while introducing the young to the Egyptian artistic identity.
