CAIRO - 28 February 2021:On February 28, many important events that changed the world map took place.

Important world events:-

 

1922 - The United Kingdom issues a declaration known as the February 28 statement accepting the independence of Egypt, and the Egyptian government headed by Abd al-Khaliq Tharwat accepts this declaration.
 
 
1953 - James Watson and Francis Crick announce to their friends that they have discovered the chemical structure of DNA, while the official announcement was made on April 25 after their article was published in Nature on April 2.
 
 
1979 - The first issue of the Emirati magazine Majid, devoted to children, is published.
