CAIRO – 11 January 2021: Abdel Moneim El-Sawy Culture Wheel is organizing a Sufi concert for El-Hadara troupe for religious and Sufi chanting at the Nahr Hall theater on January 22.

Members of the group, led by its founder and vocalist Nour Najeh, will present a collection of praises from the authentic heritage of Egypt, in addition to poems by prominent vocalists and Sufi sheikhs such as Mohieddin Ibn Arabi.

The El-Hadra troupe is the first independent group that relies on the Sufi Hadra style to sing in group performances based on the idea of supplications and religious chanting, which has returned with force recently.

The group also includes performers from various Sufi orders who present the spiritual state of the Egyptian civilizations in all its ways through religious chanting, invocations, remembrance and praise.
