CAIRO – 29 November 2020: Several cultural and artistic events will be held in a number of cultural centers on November 29.

 

Egypt’s Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem will attend the closing ceremony and distribution of prizes for the third "Golden Talents" competition for children with special needs, which is organized by the Cultural Development Fund sector in cooperation with the "Al-Balad Al Yom" association.

 

The closing ceremony will be held in the National Theater at 7 p.m. The competition comes within the framework of the Egyptian state's interest in individuals with special needs and their integration into society.

 

The Greater Cairo Library, affiliated to the Cultural Production Affairs Sector, will hold, at 6:00 pm, a cultural symposium to review the recommendations of the last educational seminar for the armed forces, in light of what the Prime Minister presented at the symposium regarding the President's directives, in the framework of forming public awareness among citizens to realize the risks and the challenges facing the Egyptian state.

 

Dar Al-Shorouk is hosting a signing and discussion ceremony for Mohammad Qandil's newly published novel "Doctor Aryaf" at the Qasr Al-Ainy Doctors Syndicate. The discussion will be moderated by writer Tariq Imam.

 

In addition, the Al-Sennari House, the Natural and Cultural Heritage Documentation Center and the Manuscripts Center, in the Cultural Communication Sector of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, are organizing a symposium under the title "House of Al-Sennari .. History .. Culture .. Heritage", on the occasion of the passage of 226 years since the establishment of the house, at 6 p.m.

 

The symposium revolves around the history and architecture of the Al-Sennari House, one of the most amazing examples of residential buildings dating back to 1794 AD.
