The status of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) to Muslims is grandiose. He resides in the hearts, consciousness and soul of every Muslim.

Prophet Mohammed (PBUH)  is the master of mankind, the best of mankind, the most knowledgeable, pious and fearing of God Almighty.

This great man, the noble Messenger of Islam, is the most generous messenger from God.  For every practicing Muslim, an abundance amount of belief exists in what Prophet Mohamed (PBUH) has brought to humanity.

The shahada, or testimony of Islam, has been linked to Prophet Mohammed, and is not considered complete unless the Prophet Mohammed is mentioned.

To be a true Muslim, one must believe that “There is No God But Allah, and Mohammed is his Servant and Messenger.” This signifies the elevated position that the Prophet possesses in Islam.

The Messenger of Islam - may blessings and peace be upon him - was sent to all people, sent to the two heavens, the jinn and mankind, and no Muslim can deviate from his law – which is in turn originally derived from Allah (God), the almighty.

Allah granted Prophet Mohammed numerous characteristics no other prophets had, and those were many.

In turn, his Ummah (nation) has characteristics that were not granted to any other nation in humanity. The best of this nation does not manifest unless it abides to the true laws of Islam, as a way of life, and not just a religion for worship.

If people were truly aware of the position of this great prophet, no extremism nor radicalism would ever exist. Islam is a religion of tolerance and peace in all matters and aspects of life.

Prophet Mohammed is described as “Khaleel el-Rahman”, meaning the companion of the most merciful, Allah, the almighty.

One of his virtues is that he is a martyr and a herald. He is more important to believers than their own selves. He is the master of the children of Adam. He is the safety to his Ummah (nation). He possesses the praised place in the earthly world and in the heavens.

The Prophet Mohammed was the first Muslim. He is the final prophet sent from Allah. He is a blessing from Allah (God) to humanity. Obeying and pledging allegiance to the Prophet of Islam, is obeying and  allegiance to Allah. Believing in him is believing in Allah. He is a mercy and a light to humanity.

The Lord guaranteed his protection and infallibility. The lord guaranteed the protection of Islam and the Quran (The Holly book of Islam) until the end of time.

During his lifetime, the Lord ordered humans never to raise a voice above the voice of the Prophet Mohammed.

The Prophet Mohammed is so special to the Lord, that he forgave him for any previous sins (if there were any) and what was to come.

All the keys of the worldly coffers were granted to him. Even his companion of the Jinn converted to Islam because of his nobleness and holiness.

The space that lays between his house and his pulpit is described as a garden of Paradise. What he saw in his dreams was reality.

Prophet Mohammed was and will always be the light, mercy and blessing to humanity. Prophet Mohammed is peace and love. The honor of following his path is, to Muslims, the only path to the heavens.

Prophet Mohammed and his believers are not terrorists. They do not promote hate or murders or bloodshed. Islam is a religion of peace, it is a light beam that illuminates darkness into the path of heaven.

Islam promotes helping the poor, obeying parents, respecting the elderly, paying charity, giving everyone their rights without delay, respecting people of all ethnicities and religions, patience, tolerance, kindness, smiling, doing good deeds in general in any shape or form.

Islam is not about waging wars or beheading infidels as promoted in some mainstream medias around the world.

Islam means peace. The greeting of Islam is “Al-Salam Alaykom” which means may peace be upon you.

Prophet Mohammed was not a womanizer, nor was he a pedophile as promoted in some global media platforms. Prophet Mohammed is the most honorable human being that ever set foot in this world.

He was respectful and noble to non-Muslims just as much, if not more, than he was to Muslims.

It saddens me on a personal level, and it saddens over 1.7 billion Muslims worldwide, that Islam became the means for some to promote incorrect political statements.

Insulting Islam, the Prophet of Islam, and the Quran, does not reflect anything, other than the ignorance of the insulter. Insulting Islam and the Prophet of Islam only solidifies Muslims faith.

Some so called democratic nations who promote freedom of expression and speech, are the first culprits when it comes to fanatic behavior of unjustifiably insulting someone’s faith or religion for worldly gains.

Islam and the Prophet of Islam will always remain up there, high in the sky, no matter how many politicians, businessmen, law-makers, think-tanks, and anybody else, insult it for whatever agenda they may be carrying.

Insulting the Prophet Mohammed or Islam and or the Quran, will only breed more hatred towards people of this world, and this is one thing that we had more than enough of.

On this blessed day, I congratulate the nation of Islam and the whole world on the birth anniversary of the holiest man that ever set foot in this world, the Prophet Mohammed, may peace be upon him.

All I ask you is to respect my religion and its symbols, just like everybody else want their religion respected. This is what the Prophet Mohammed taught me, and taught humanity, and this, shall I obey.
