CAIRO – 26 October 2020: Harp player Yasmine el-Harbi performs with her band, on October 29, at 8 p.m. at Cairo Opera’s Small Theater.

 

The concert’s program includes a selection of international compositions as well as a selection of the works of the composing giants in Egypt and the Arab world, including Sayed Darwish, Mohammad Abdel Wahab, Baligh Hamdi and Hany Shenouda.

 

That is in addition to presenting medleys for Mohamed Mounir, Abdel Halim Hafez and Fayrouz.

 

It is worth noting that Yasmine el-Harbi joined the Conservatory at the age of seven. She studied classical music and majored in the harp instrument. 

 

She presented many concerts in various cultural sites in Egypt, which were well received by the public and critics.
