CAIRO - 11 May 2020: The 17th episode of “El-Brince” series, starring Mohamed Ramadan, was trending on Google Egypt.

On his official Instagram account, Ramadan uploaded a video of google’s trend on Ramadan 17, in which the 17th episode of the series "El-Brince" was the most searched for in Egypt. In the background, Ramadan’s song “Number 1” played.

During the 17th episode of “El-Brince”, the prisoners, who were attacked by Radwan [Mohamed Ramadan], tried to reconcile with him for some personal interests; he asked them to help him call the father of his late wife to check on his daughter.

The second scene moved to Fathi [Ahmed Zaher] and Fadwa [Rogina] going to the house of the father and mother of Lubna, Radwan's late wife to search for Maryam, Radwan's daughter. Fathi and Fadwa kidnapped Maryam, after spiking her grandparents' tea with a drug.

At the same time, Radwan succeeded in making the phone call after the promise of Salah Balela [Mohammad Ahmed Maher], that he would make the call in. It was shocking for him to know that his daughter had been kidnapped.

The surprise caused Radwan to lose control which eventually caused the prison guards to discover that he had a phone, deciding to take him to the warden. This is when the 17th episode came to an end leaving the audience anticipating the events of the next episode.

The series revolves around Radwan el-Brince, whose character is embodied by star Mohammed Ramadan. Radwan works as a plumber in his father's workshop. He finds himself responsible for his family after the death of his parents, which results in problems with his six siblings.

The series is written and directed by Mohammed Sami. It stars Mohamed Ramadan, Nour, Ahmed Zaher, Rogina, Naglaa Badr, Edward, Donia Abdel Aziz, Abdel Aziz Makhyoun, Reem Sami, Salwa Othman, Mohamed Alaa, Safa el-Toukhy, Mohamed Hatem, Rehab el-Gamal, Hazem Ehab and Ahmed Dash. It is produced by Synergy.

"El-Brince" is broadcast daily on DMC and DMC Drama channels during Ramadan.
