Minister of culture Inas Abdel Dayem, inaugurated the new Culture Palace of Hajer Al Adaysat Village in Al- Tod Center in Luxor governorate on Fenruary 29.

CAIRO - 1 March 2020:Minister of culture Inas Abdel Dayem, inaugurated the new Culture Palace of Hajer Al Adaysat Village in Al- Tod Center in Luxor governorate on Fenruary 29.

The inaugurating ceremony was attended by Eng. Mohamed Abdel Qader, Deputy Governor of Luxor, Dr. Ahmed Awwad, head of the General organization of Culture Palaces and a number of executive leaders of the governorate.

During the opening, Abdel Dayem said that Hajer Al-Adaisat Culture Palace is a new platform for enlightenment in southern Egypt, noting that efforts are continuing to complete the plan to achieve cultural justice by delivering the intellectual and artistic services to the most needy areas.

She added that the programs are prepared for the beneficiaries ,including various activities to discover and support promising talents in all literary and artistic fields , as well as adopting the people with special abilities through integrating them into society ,announcing the start talent development classes in the palace.

For his part, the head of the Culture Palaces organization stated that the new palace is located on an area of ​​1323 square meters and it consists of two floors, the first includes a public library, an information and technology hall, administrative rooms, a theater on an area of ​​220 square meters with 145 seats.

The second floor includes halls of environmental crafts exhibition , Plastic arts, studio and child activities room.
