CAIRO - 21 November 2019: During her participation in the Forum of Culture Ministers, Inas Abdel Dayem met with the Greece, UAE, Kazakhstan and Djibouti’s culture ministers.

The forum comes within the framework of the 40th edition of the General Conference of UNESCO and is attended by culture ministers and representatives of 120 countries.

The meetings discussed means of enhancing cooperation in the cultural, artistic and intellectual fields, in addition to strengthening partnerships in the fields of arts, book translation, plastic art, writing, theater, cinema, opera and children arts.

Attended by Ambassador of Egypt to France and its Permanent Representative to UNESCO Ehab Badawi and Head of Foreign Cultural Relations Heba Youssef, the forum aims to open new creative horizons based on cultural diversity.

Abdel Dayem stressed that a number of projects that highlight positive intellectual trends in different societies were discussed. These projects encompass various activities for children and youth, as well as folkloric and theatrical performances, and literary and poetry evenings.

Inas Abdel Dayem to speak in Forum of Ministers of Culture

CAIRO - 19 November 2019: Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem will give a speech Tuesday evening at the Forum of Ministers of Culture. The forum comes within the framework of the 40th edition of the General Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), based in Paris, France, and is attended by culture ministers and representatives of 120 countries.
