CAIRO - 30 May 2019: The Coptic Museum is organizing a temporary exhibition on Sunday, June 2 under the title "Holy Journey" on the occasion of the anniversary of the arrival of the Holy Family to Egypt.

Head of the Museums Sector Elham Salah said that the exhibition features a collection of artifacts that reflect the journey of the Holy Family, some stereoscopic models illustrating the path of the journey and a variety of distinguished artistic activities.

In the same context, Director General of the Coptic Museum Gihane Atef stated that a scene portraying the Holy Family’s journey will be displayed, in addition to hosting a number of musical performances.

The exhibition will also display paintings illustrating the journey of the Holy Family by iconic Coptic artist Bishoy Rifat.

Also, Atef pointed out that the museum's educational section will present an artistic workshop, guided tours for visitors and an educational lecture on the journey of the Holy Family to the land of Egypt
