RT Nuba to perform at Library of Alexandria on July 30

CAIRO – 25 June 2018: Nubian Band, RT Nuba, will be holding a concert at the Library of Alexandria on Monday, July 30 at 9 p.m. RT Nuba is considered to be the only band which performs original Nubian folklore with a touch of modern style.

RT Nuba means Nuba Island in the old Nubian language. The band consists of nine Nubian members from different Nubian villages. The band was created to revive and develop the Nubian art; their music reflects the culture of the southern side of Egypt.
RT Nuba released several songs including, "Zekrayat" (Memories), "Ya Bokra" (Tomorrow), and "Soutak" (Your voice), among others.

The band performed at various places, including Adit Mazzika on Nogoum FM, El Nahda El Nubeya Islamic Charity Association for Development, Artistic Creativity Center, and the 15th International Summer Festival.
