CAIRO – 14 June 2018: Superstar Scott Adkins, AKA Boyka, expressed his extreme happiness to star in the movie “Harb Karmouz” (Karmouz War) with superstar Amir Karara.

The movie is expected to be released in local theatres on Thursday night.

Boyka stated that he is more than happy to participate for the first time in such a unique cinematic experience in Egypt.

The superstar further commented that both Karara and the movie’s director, Peter Mimi, are highly talented and knowledgeable and that he is pleased to work with both of them.

Moreover, Boyka stated that since the release of the trailer in social media platforms, he has received numerous comments and messages from his fans and friends congratulating him on his new project.

The world renowned star expressed his great appreciation of his Egyptian fans, especially for the love and support they gave him since his arrival to Egypt.

Furthermore, the star stated that he was invited by the movie’s producer to attend the premiere, along with his fellow co-stars; however, he was in Belgium filming another movie, which made him miss the movie's premiere.

“Harb Karmouz” is the first movie that is solely starred by Amir Karara.

The movie combines a great selection of talents, such as Ghada Abdel Razek, Fathy Abdul Wahab, Mustafa Khater, Eman al Assy, Bayoumy Fouad and others.

The movie is written by Mohammed el Sobky and directed by Peter Mimi.
