CAIRO – 13 December 2017: Netflix and DreamWorks have collaborated to release six new animated series for 2018, including a revival of "She-Ra," and shows for Dreamworks hit films "Trolls" and "The Boss Baby."

Starting off the new lineup is a follow-up to DreamWorks 2016 feature film "Trolls," which picks up where the animated movie left and follows the adventures of the colorful, happy Trolls as they partake in various musical adventures. "Trolls – The Beat Goes On!" will premiere on January 19, 2018.

Next is a revival of the 80s animated He-Man spinoff character, “She-Ra,” twin sister of the muscle-bound hero and a “Princess of Power” on her own right. The new series will be executively produced by Eisner-award winning American animator Noelle Stevenson, who will adapt the character for a modern take.

Another Dreamworks follow-up adaptation is a Television series for DreamWorks 2017 film "The Boss Baby." "The Boss Baby: Back in Business," follows the titular Boss Baby as he struggles to maintain the proper work-life balance fit for a CEO infant.

A new original series titled "Harvey Street Kids" follows the adventures of the Harvey Girls, Audrey, Lotta, and Dot, as they guard the titular Harvey Street and ensure it as the best place possible to be as a kid. The series will be produced by Brendan Hay of "Dawn of the Croods" & "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" and Aliki Theofilopoulos of "Phineas & Ferb."

The third and final Dreamworks follow-up, "The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants" continues the outrageous adventures of George Beard and Harold Hutchins, best friends and trouble makers who bring their greatest creation, Captain Underpants, to life! An adaptation of Dav Pilkey’s book series, the series directly follows this year’s "Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie" and will be produced by Peabody and Emmy award winner Peter Hastings.

"The Shape of Water" director Guillermo Del Toro’s Netflix series "Trollhunters" will see its second season premiere on Friday, December 15, of this year, with the third and final chapter of the show to release in 2018. "Trollhunters" is the first of Del Tor’s "Tales of Arcadia’ trilogy," which will be followed up by "3 Below" in late 2018 and follows a pair of royal alien teenagers as they crash-land on earth to escape an evil dictator. "Wizards," the final installment of the trilogy, is set to release in 2019.
