CAIRO – 6 November 2017: The French Institution in Egypt is hosting a photography exhibition titled “The City as Agent of Change,” which is running from November 4 to November 18.

The photos are a depiction of how individuals, communities, and societies mutate through the city, according to the event’s official Facebook page.

The exhibition is currently accepting submissions from applicants who are able to exhibit through photography the agents of change that resonate from cities. A part of the conference entitled “Making the Sustainable City,” held by French Institute in Cairo, tackles questions about developing cities.

The event will also feature a jury comprised of photographers and artists assigned to select photo submissions that will track new opportunities in urban dwellers. The selected photos will be displayed in the exhibition within that conference.
