CAIRO – 17 September 2017: “King Arthur: Legend of the Sword” will screen at Yellow Umbrella on Tuesday from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The film traverses the life of Arthur (Charlie Hunnam), who is robbed of his royal lineage as a child when his uncle Vortigern (Jude Law) usurped the throne of Uther. Arthur decides to go back to his kingdom to withdraw the legendary sword Excalibur from the stone. He must learn to harness the sword’s power to lead a rebellion against his uncle and reclaim his birthright.

The action, adventure and drama film, which was first released on May 12, 2017 in the United States, is written and directed by Guy Ritchie and Joby Harold.

Guy Ritchie retells the story of King Arthur, while the movie co-stars Eric Bana, Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, Djimon Hounsou, and Aidan Gillen.

Charlie Hunnam (Arthur), Astrid Bergès-Frisbey (The Mage), Jude Law (Vortigern) and
Djimon Hounsou (Bedivere) are the heroes of the movie.
