CAIRO - 15 September 2017: The 11th International Women’s Film Festival of Sale in Morroco to honor the famous Egyptian actress Rogina in its current edition, which will take place from September 25 to 30.

Abdel Latif el Asady, the festival’s director, announced that Rogina will be honored for her works. Rogina is a well-known Egyptian actress who was born in 1970. Her passion to acting drove her to join the Higher Institute of Dramatic Art. She started her professional career in the popular series of “Al Aa’ela” (The Family). “Shei’ Men al-Khawf” (Some Fear), “Awrak Masria” (Egyptian Documents), “Yawmmeyyat Zowg Mo’aasser” (Diaries of a Modern Husband), “Al Ostoura” (The Legend), “Kafr Delhab” (Delhab Village) are all among the TV series she starred in.

Rogina’s major role in cinema came in 1997 when she participated in El Maseer (The Destiny), directed by legendary international director Youssef Chahine.
