CAIRO - 31 July 2017: Sudan Roots, a group of six Sudanese musicians, are touring Egypt and will kick off their tour on August 4 in Cairo at 3elbt Alwan.

With the Sudanese music scene at its peak at the moment, Sudan Roots are transforming the music scene by incorporating hip Reggae beats. The band was created in early 2011 and has previously performed in various venues in Khartoum, Sudan’s capital city, including Jazz Café, Papa Costa, Al-Waha Mall, and Alqurashi Park.

From the beginning of 2017, Sudan Roots has also performed continuously in Taro in Dahab and revisited Egypt this summer to reshape Reggae music through their tour. The ticket for their live show in 3elbt Alwan is LE 75 ($4.1).

They will also be performing at DA HOUSE on August 10.
