CAIRO – 30 July 2017: Opera House merges the Roman and Egyptian art amid a huge crowd and in the presence of Culture Minister Helmy al-namnam in the opening of summer Opera Festival Ceremony in ancient Roman theatre in Alexandria on Friday July 28. The festival was organized by Cairo Opera house, led by Professor Inas Abdel Dayem, in cooperation with Professor Magdy Saber the head of art house.

The Roman civilization, which goes back to the beginnings of the 4th century, made a special mood of interaction to send live back to one of the most important great ancient Romans.

By 8 p.m. the theatre was lit up and the singer Ahmed Gamal started the ceremony by the national anthem and some of his songs then took a photo with the public.
