The Board of Directors of Egyptian Musicians Syndicate confirmed that what is currently being circulated on social media platforms claiming that former head of Musicians Syndicate Hany Shaker issued a decision to stop Iraqi singer Kadim Al Sahir from holding concerts  in Egypt is completely false and totally rejected.

The board of directors of the  Musicians Syndicate emphasized in its press statment that the suggestions of the Syndicate head should be discussed first from the Board of Directors side  before being issued in the form of official decision by the Syndicate.

The board of directors of the Syndicate calls on the media to investigate the accuracy of the circulated news that offend a great artist with an honorable history like Hany Shaker.

At the end of its press statement Musicians Syndicat  thanked the former head of Musicians Syndicate Hany Shaker, for his efforts and achievements over the past years.
