Argentinian Tango Legends to perform in Cairo, Alexandria Operas on May 17-22

CAIRO – 17 May 2022: The Egyptian Opera House succeeded in contracting with the Argentinian Tango Legends, which is one of the most prominent international specialized teams, to present 5 concerts at 8 p.m. on May 17, 18, 19, 20 on the Grand Theater and on May 22 at Sayed Darwish Theater (Alexandria Opera).

The shows include a number of artistic segments that mix between classic and contemporary tango arts, which combines kinetic performance, singing and music, and expresses various human feelings.

It is noteworthy that the Argentinian Tango Legends was founded by Mariela Maldonado and Pablo Sosa. Tango Legends presented countless successful concerts around the world, including concerts in Spain, Argentina, England, Germany, Switzerland, Malaysia, Mexico, Italy, China, the United States of America and others.

The troupe undertook an artistic tour in 2019 that included Egypt, Jordan and Tunisia, achieving unprecedented success. Also, the troupe participated in many acclaimed festivals, including the International Dance and Music Festival in Bangkok, D.A.N Festival in Esplanade and Singapore and won multiple awards.
