High turnout of visitors on 1st day of 53rd CIBF - Min. of Culture

CAIRO - 27 January 2022(MENA): The early hours of launching the 53rd Cairo International Book Fair witnessed a high turnout of visitors despite the cold weather.
 
 
 
 
 
All preventive measures were taken against coronavirus amidst intensified security to prevent violations and facilitate the entrance of the visitors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Volunteers fanned out in the fair to organize and help the visitors and guide them.
 
 
 
 
Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, accompanied by Culture Minister Inas Abdel Dayem, inaugurated on Wednesday the 53rd Cairo International Book Fair.
 
 
 
 
The event is being held under the auspices of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi at Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in the Fifth Settlement.
 
 
 
 
The exhibition receives the public daily from January 27 and continues until February 7.
 
 
 
The 53rd Cairo International Book Fair is held under the slogan “Egypt’s Identity, Culture & the Question of the Future.”
