Reda Folklore Troupe to perform in Al-Ghoury Dome Creativity Center on Jan. 27

CAIRO – 27 January 2022: On January 27 at 8 p.m., Al-Ghoury Dome Creativity Center will host a concert for Reda Folklore Troupe.

The troupe will present a collection of its most popular heritage dance shows.

Reda Folklore Troupe was founded in 1959, and performed its first show on the Azbakeya Theater in August of the same year. 

The number of its members at the time of establishment reached 13 male dancers, 13 female dancers, and 13 musicians, while the number of its members are now 180 artists. 

Moreover, Reda Folklore Troupe participated in many cultural and artistic events, in addition to representing Egypt in many international festivals and forums inside and outside Egypt. Also, the troupe has won numerous awards and honors.
