"Art Therapy" symposium to be held in Hala Gallery on Dec. 30

CAIRO – 28 December 2021: On December 30, Hala Gallery will witness a symposium entitled "Art Therapy", on the sidelines of the art exhibition for Amr Amin currently held in the gallery in Nasr City.

 

 

 

 

The symposium discusses the importance of art on the psychological, social, national and economic levels. Samir Raef, the pioneer of art therapy, will speak in the presence of specialists, art therapists, and clinical psychologists.

 

 

 

 

Moreover, the symposium witnesses a live application on some of Amr Amin's paintings and psychological impressions about them and the extent of their impact on creating psychological and emotional balance for the recipient of the message of plastic art.

The exhibition of the artist Amr Amin at Hala Gallery launched on December 21, and will run until January 4. It is the first of its kind at the technique level, according to artist Hala Abdel Qader, stressing that it embodies the love relationship between a man and a woman in different environments in a simple way.

 

 

 

 

The artist Amr Amin, a graduate of the Faculty of Art Education in Zamalek in 1995, is an illustrator of children's books and a famous graphic designer.

 

 

 

 

Amin worked in Kuwait teaching plastic art for the mentally disabled and the blind, and participated in many art exhibitions in Egypt and Kuwait.
