Al-Ghouri Ensemble for Arab Music & Heritage to perform concert in Al-Sennari House on Nov. 23

CAIRO – 23 November 2021: On November 23 at 6 p.m., the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, in cooperation with the General Authority for Cultural Palaces, is organizing a concert -open to the public-, for the Al-Ghouri Ensemble for Arab Music and Heritage at Al-Sennari Archaeological House.

The troupe will present a variety of songs for great composers and singers, for the lovers of heritage and distinguished lyrical works.

It is worth mentioning that the Al-Ghouri Ensemble for Arabic Music and Heritage was established in 1971, with the aim of shedding light on Arab music, its rich heritage, as well as its role and achievements.

The concert comes within the framework of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and the General Authority for Cultural Palaces’ efforts to spread awareness, culture and shed light on heritage and preserve it.
