CAIRO – 25 October 2021: On October 25, a number of cultural and artistic events will be held in various creative centers.

 

 

 

 

Egypt’s Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem and Governor of Ismailia Fahmy Bishara will inaugurate the 21st Ismailia International Folklore Festival, which is organized by the General Authority for Cultural Palaces in cooperation with the External Cultural Relations Sector.

 

 

 

 

The inaugural ceremony will be held in the Open Theater of Ismailia Culture Palace at 6 p.m.

 

 

 

 

In a different context, the Sharm El-Sheikh International Theater Festival for Youth, headed by artist and director Mazen el- Gharbawy, will announce the details of its sixth edition,  scheduled to be held from November 6 to 11, through a press conference in the Conferences Hall of the Supreme Council of Culture, at 7 p.m.

 

 

 

 

The conference will include announcing the honorees, the panel of judges for the various competitions, the participating performances, the winners of the specific festival competitions, as well as the training workshops, seminars, conferences and publication signing ceremonies held within the festival's activities.

 

 

 

 

Moreover, The Maadi Public Library, affiliated to the Egypt Association for Culture and Community Development, announced holding the plastic art exhibition “Peace Throughout the Ages”, as part of the celebration of the glorious October 1973 victory, in cooperation with the Egypt Academy for Training, in the Exhibitions Hall of the library at 5 p.m.

 

 

 

 

Last but not least, the artist Ali al-Alfi will perform a concert on the Open Stage of the Egyptian Opera House at 8 p.m. This concert is Alfi’s first performance in the Egyptian Opera House.
