CAIRO - 10 October 2021: Cinema is an innovation-oriented industry and Gemini Africa is leading the charge.

 

After the success of its first CinemaTech track pitch competition last year, the entrepreneurial ecosystem hub is set to host another competition, inviting Egypt’s entrepreneurs to step forward and pitch their tech-powered innovations for the forever evolving film industry.

Cinema has always been a means of uniting people and creating a conversation about the most important conflicts facing the world today.
 
GFF opened its curtains in 2017 with Cinema for Humanity supporting, recognizing and celebrating the influence filmmaking has to positively impact not only the industry, but communities around the world.
 
 
The fifth edition of El Gouna Film Festival  is set to be the biggest and best edition to date as it will house a unique selection of some the best international and regional feature narratives, short films and feature documentaries of 2021, with two international premieres, eight world premieres, and over 80 screenings from 44 countries.
