Sami also indicated that the marina development project comprise the establishment of a drainage network and a fire network for the boats along the marina.

The Luxor Marina was beautified by fine art murals, the idea of which is based on integrating Arabic calligraphy with images of Egyptian men and women from ancient Egypt and Upper Egypt. This is in addition to the polyester murals, which mainly depict scenes from the life of ancient Egyptians.

Moreover, the marina’s flooring was made of marble, granite, and black basalt, and basins containing various plants were installed, in addition to providing the marina with 17 wooden pergolas and 6 kiosks to serve citizens.
