Salah Taher Hall for Fine Arts hosts ‘Years of Commitment’ exhibition for Shenouda Esmat on Sept. 15

CAIRO – 15 September 2021: President of the Opera House Magdy Saber will inaugurate artist Shenouda Esmat’s exhibition "Years of Commitment" on September 15 at 7 p.m., at Salah Taher Hall for Fine Arts.

In his artwork, the artist presents aspects of the Egyptian heritage with contemporary visual elements and vocabulary, influenced by the richness of the ancient Egyptian and Coptic civilizations, and using the characters and elements of our contemporary daily life.

It is worth noting that Shenouda received a full-time scholarship for 2 consecutive years, where he chose Sinai as his subject of artistic research that included three axes: man, heritage and nature. The artist also received many awards and participated in group exhibitions.

The exhibition runs until September 21.
