CAIRO – 13 September 2021: The Child Center for Civilization and Creativity (Child Museum) is organizing a field visit on September 14 and 21, to the training academy of EgyptAir, in cooperation with the Ministry of Civil Aviation and the Department of Air Culture.

 

 

 

Head of Heliopolis Association Nabil Helmy said that the visit aims to highlight the importance of civil aviation as an engine for global communication, and underline the efforts of the Ministry of Civil Aviation to help achieve the social and economic development of the country.

 

 

 

For his part, Director of the Child Center for Civilization and Creativity Osama Abdel Wareth said that during the visit, the children will learn about the secrets of the world of aviation; the function of each crew member inside the plane; how the hospitality crew deals with passengers; and how they train on rapid intervention in the event of a request for assistance from one of the passengers. They will also watch a simulation model for pilot training

 

 

 

Abdel Wareth indicated that the children of the "Flash" summer program, which is organized by the museum for children from 5 to 13 years old, will participate in the visit over the summer months.

 

 

 

Additionally, individuals with special needs from the "Edraak" program will participate, within the policy of inclusion pursued by the Child Center for Civilization and Creativity (Child's Museum), and with the aim of establishing principles of respect and acceptance among children and youth.
