Egypt’s Higher Institute of Ballet renovation works amasses to L.E 30 million

CAIRO – 8 June 2021: Since the June 30 revolution in Egypt that restored its identity, many cultural accomplishments have been achieved.

 

 

 

Among those achievements is the comprehensive restoration of Egypt’s Higher Institute of Ballet at a cost of L.E 32 million. The institute is located in Giza Governorate. The restoration project started on June 30, 2013 and was completed on September 3, 2015.

 

 

 

The museum consists of a ground floor and four recurring floors. The ground floor consists of 3 ballrooms, as well as rooms, bathrooms, changing rooms and some classrooms. The first floor consists of administrative offices and the second floor consists of classrooms, while the third floor consists of classrooms for elementary, middle and high school students. As for the fourth floor, it consists of various types of workshop halls (clothing workshop - shoe workshops).
