Cairo Opera Ballet Company will perform at Cairo Opera House on June 10

CAIRO - 28 May 2021: Cairo Opera Ballet Company will perform Zorba ballet at Cairo Opera House on June 10.

Cairo Opera Ballet company performed Tchaikovsky's renowned ballet "The Nutcracker" at Cairo Opera House from December 23 to 29, 2020.

Cairo opera House headed by Magdy Saber organized a concert for Cairo Opera Ballet Company on September 13, 2020.

The performances included scenes from the most famous Egyptian and international ballet shows including: "The Nile, Cleopatra, Waltz Strauss, La Bayadere, Zorba, Don Quixote" among others. 

In addition to a dance from Opera Aida', performed by a group of performers.

Cairo Opera Ballet Company was established in 1966 and associated to the Higher Ballet Institute. 

The company's members were coached by Soviet experts. 

The company performed Egypt starting in several countries as Moscow, Germany, France among others. 

Members of the company are regularly performing on stages worldwide the steady repertoire that late great artist Abdelmoneim Kamel launched including Swan Lake.
