Egypt’s Opera House holds artistic evening within Ramadan program on May 2

CAIRO – 2 May 2021: The Egyptian Opera House will hold an artistic evening as part of the Ramadan program on May 2 at 9 p.m., in cooperation with the Palestinian Embassy in Cairo.

During the evening, the Sunflower Choir, led by Maestro Hassan Ahmed Hassan, will present a diverse program that includes a collection of Palestinian traditional songs. The Sunflower Choir is affiliated with the Palestinian Women's Union in Cairo. It was founded in 1987 and consists of 27 artists, including singers and musicians.

It participated in many shows inside Palestine and performed many of them in various Egyptian cultural places in a number of governorates, winning the approval of the public and critics.
