CAIRO – 26 April 2021: Within the Ramadan evenings organized by the Egyptian Opera House, El-Hadara Sufi Chanting Ensemble presents two concerts in Cairo and Alexandria.

The first concert will be performed on April 29 at 9:30 p.m. at the Fountain Theater of Cairo Opera House and on May 5 in Alexandria Opera House’s Sayed Darwish Theater.

It is noteworthy that El-Hadara Sufi Chanting Ensemble, led by vocalist Nour Najeh, is the first independent Sufi group to do collective performances of supplications and religious chanting, which has recently returned strongly.

The group includes minstrels and supplicants from various Sufi orders, representing the spiritual state of the Egyptian civilization in all its forms through religious chanting, invocations, remembrance, and praise.
