Cabinet denies imposing new tax to upgrade ERTU

CAIRO - 21 February 2021: The Cabinet has denied reports about imposing a new tax on electricity bills to upgrade the Egyptian Radio and Television Union (ERTU).

In a press release on Sunday, the Cabinet's media center said that it contacted the electricity and finance ministries that dismissed as groundless such reports.
