Molla: Natural gas very important for economic growth

CAIRO - 11 August 2020: Minister of Oil Tarek Al Molla said on Tuesday that natural gas is very important for economic growth and industrial development.

He added in statements during signing a contract of supplying natural gas to the industrial area in Eastern Port Said between the General Authority for the Suez Canal Economic Zone and Sinai Company for Gas that his ministry is working to benefit from natural gas for achieving social and economic development.

He added that the project of supplying the area with natural gas will help enhance the implementation of industrial projects in the area, according to a statement issued by the ministry.
