ITFC delegation in Cairo to discuss exports

CAIRO_ June 24 2017:A delegation of International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC) - a member of Islamic Development Bank Group in Saudi Arabia -
will visit Cairo by the end of September to agree on a plan of action with the Export Development Authority to beef up Egypt's exports in the coming three years, Chief Executive Officer at Export Development Authority Sherine el Shorbagi said.

The Trade and Industry Ministry, in a statement on Saturday, said that Trade and Industry Minister Tarek kabil and ITFC Chief Executive Officer Hani Salem Sonbol will sign a deal in this regard in September.

During the ITFC delegation's visit, the two sides will also agree on the general framework of the Arab-Africa Trade Bridges Program which aims at promoting trade cooperation and creating new partnerships between Arab and African countries
