CAIRO, March 26 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree on Thursday sanctioning an agreement between the Egyptian government and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The 200-million-dollar loan deal is meant to support entrepreneurship to create more jobs.
The deal was inked in May 2019.
The decree was published in the gazette on Thursday.
