Third Real Estate Development Conference starts

CAIRO - 30 October 2018: The 3rd Real Estate Development Conference started here on Tuesday.

Attending the event are Minister of Public Business Sector Hisham Tawfik and a large number of investors and bank chairmen along with local and international real estate investment funds.

Addressing the conference, Tawfik said that the Egyptian government is adopting a policy of providing lands for developers and investors for setting up industrial zones and residential areas.

He confirmed that the government is encouraging real estate investment through extending incentives to investors operating in the real estate sector.
