NEW YORK - 26 September 2018: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi asserted Egypt's keenness on continuing cooperation with Boeing International in various domains, especially the transfer of expertise and advanced technology.

This came during his meeting with President of Boeing International Bertrand-Marc Allen at his residence in New York where he is attending annual meetings of the United Nations General Assembly, Presidency Spokesman Bassam Radi said.

He said Sisi lauded cooperation between Egypt and Boeing Company which is the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial jetliners and defense, space and security systems.

Allen affirmed the company's interest in the Egyptian market and its desire to increase its activities in it attributing this to Egypt's accelerated economic growth and serious economic reforms which are creating a favorable climate for foreign investments in the country, Radi also said

Talks between the two sides covered cooperation and the development of EgyptAir fleet, which includes a large number of Boeing aircraft, as well as cooperation in the defense field.
