CAIRO - 6 June 2018: Gold topped the list of Egypt's top 20 non-oil exports in April, with the value of exported Egyptian gold during that month hitting $702 million, the General Organization for Import and Export Control (GOEIC) said on Wednesday.

In a report, the GOEIC said kerosene came second in the top 20 list followed by Polypropylene.

TVs and LCD screens came in the fourth place, while Methanol took the fifth position.

Egypt's non-oil exports rose by $88 million in April to hit $1.9 billion with an increase of 5 percent compared to the same month in the previous year.
