CAIRO - 24 February 2018: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi on Saturday ordered preparing a study on troubled firms of the public business sector to back successful ones.

During a meeting with Prime Minister Sheif Ismail and Public Business Sector Minister Khaled Badawy, Sisi urged making use of qualified youth cadres at the state-owned companies.

The comprehensive development strategy should have an impact on the public business firms, especially those working in the fields of construction and infrastructure, presidential spokesman Bassam Radi quoted Sisi as saying.

Badawy, meanwhile, said a study is underway to back successful but troubled firms of the public business sector.

The ministry will mull the situation of companies with bad performance to solve their problems as soon as possible, he added.
