CAIRO – 12 December 2017: The Minister of Planning and Administrative Reform Hala el-Said signed Tuesday a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Egypt Company for Government Electronic Services (E-Serve).

Witnessed by acting Prime Minister and Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly, the MoU aims to integrate government electronic services, the government online portal and the electronic payment and collection center.

“This agreement ensures using the state infrastructure of the Ministry of Finance-affiliated payments center, which is part of the government’s electronic financial network, to be the base of all payment and collection processes through the online portal,” Said explained in a statement.

E-Serve is a national company that includes stakeholders from the National Investment Bank, the Ministry of Military Production, state-owned E-Finance and government’s Egyptian Banks Company.
