CAIRO - 25 October 2022: Head of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) Mohamed Farid has lauded the important role played by the non-banking financial sector in financing different economic sectors in Egypt.
He made his remarks on Monday at a session of the second day activities of the Economic Conference – Egypt 2022.
He noted that this sector contributed to funding the economic sectors by 40 percent during the past 12 months with financing worth LE 396 billion.
Farid added that the non-banking financial sector plays a very significant role in providing finance for all sectors and businesses in Egypt.
